1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products like customized items, consumables, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at info@trivenicarshingar.com or call us at info@trivenicarshingar.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you on the next steps and arrange for a return pickup (if eligible).
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

2. Refund Policy

We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • If you made a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase, we will issue the refund via bank transfer. You will need to provide us with your bank account details.

Partial Refunds:

If the returned product is damaged or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.


3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  • You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product about any issues.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can request a return after receiving the product.
