Eligibility for Returns:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products like customized items, consumables, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.
How to Return:
- Contact us at info@trivenicarshingar.com or call us at info@trivenicarshingar.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our customer support team will guide you on the next steps and arrange for a return pickup (if eligible).
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
2. Refund Policy
We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
- If you made a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase, we will issue the refund via bank transfer. You will need to provide us with your bank account details.
Partial Refunds:
If the returned product is damaged or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
3. Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product about any issues.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can request a return after receiving the product.
